360mindbodysoul Covid recovery classes have been running since Sept 2020 and we offer a mixed level class, suitable for those who are keen to make some tentative movements towards reclaiming their bodies right up to those keen to add a little weight and start to rebuild muscle.
Yoga, slow breathing exercises and deep relaxation are a key part to healing the Covid damaged Autonomic nervous system, which in turn can help to improve symptoms such as shortness of breath, G issues, heart rate, blood pressure, brain fog and many more.
In the Florence Nightingale timetable, we offer 5 classes in total. Two Covid recovery classes taught by Suzy and Ross, one Yoga for deep sleep to help with calming the adrenaline levels before bed, one Gentle Yoga general class for those at Level 2/3 with us and a live Mindfulness meditation session led by highly qualified instructors. All sessions are available to watch as recordings if the timings don't work or you have to miss a session. Access to all of it is just £8/week.
